What People Are Saying About The Justice Index
The Justice Index makes news. Its findings are cited by reporters in articles about the accomplishments and failings of state justice systems, and about the consequences that follow for people and society.
Indeed, the Justice Index is cited for many reasons in many contexts by many kinds of authors, including judges, court administrators, leaders of the bar, legal aid leaders, social scientists, legal academics, good government groups, social justice and antipoverty organizations, legislative and executive branch leaders, technology innovators, and others, too.
We organize and post on a rolling basis, below, some of the writings about the Justice Index that we, the staff of NCAJ, believe are likely to be of interest to people like you who are concerned about access to justice in your states and in our country. We include our own National Center for Access to Justice blog posts when they cover the Justice Index.
If you would like to submit a document for possible posting on this page, please email it to the attention of the NCAJ staff, at info@ncforaj.org.
